All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. There is no external branding or product description visible on the outside of the package. This is standard practice to protect your privacy.

CelestialPeps currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Please check back as our shipping coverage may expand in the future.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
CelestialPeps is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at celestialpeptides@gmail.com and we will assist you in investigating with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. CelestialPeps is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the importation and possession of any ordered product is legal in their state or jurisdiction. CelestialPeps reserves the right to decline shipment to any location where doing so may violate applicable law.
