Returns & Refunds Policy

⚠️ Due to the nature of research chemical compounds, CelestialPeps does not accept returns. All sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will offer refunds or replacements in specific circumstances outside of the customer's control.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any products once an order has been shipped. This policy exists because research chemicals are highly sensitive compounds and we cannot guarantee the integrity of a product once it has left our facility. We appreciate your understanding.

When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement

CelestialPeps will provide a full refund or replacement at our discretion in the following circumstances that are outside of the customer's control:

  • Damaged in transit — Product arrives visibly damaged or broken due to shipping handling
  • Wrong item shipped — You received a product different from what you ordered
  • Lost package — Your order is confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation
  • Significant quality defect — The product is demonstrably defective or contaminated upon arrival
  • Order never arrived — Confirmed non-delivery with carrier documentation

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe you qualify for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or 7 days after the expected delivery date for lost packages) at:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Replacements will be shipped at no additional charge via standard shipping.

Circumstances Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Package seized by customs or law enforcement due to customer's local laws
  • Dissatisfaction with research results (products are sold for research purposes only and results are not guaranteed)
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
